The Micah 6 Mission in Pontiac, Michigan

Pontiac, like many rust-belt towns inside and outside of Michigan has had its share of challenges.  Health, wellness, food, jobs, mental health, crime and transportation are just a few areas where the city is lacking in support and manpower. With so much to do, creative solutions are needed. Through long deliberation, working with neighbours, organizations and others, Micah 6 has attempted to plot a course, through establishing focus areas. Micah 6 focuses on the areas of healthy living, community and economic development, spiritual growth and children to help the Pontiac community thrive in difficult times. Micah 6 continues to dedicate their service through community outreach and in spreading the good news of Christ through their community-based involvement.
